Welcome to the Past student Fellowship

Our Motto: "To Know Christ And To Make Him Known"

The BISA Past Students Fellowship is a website forum on the internet designed to help students keep in touch with their Alma Mater and with friendships made whilst at college.

Our aim is to glorify Christ by telling of His faithfulness and goodness to His graduates over the years.

Many past students have written their stories of how God has blessed and led them since their BI days. These accounts are recorded on this web site for your interest. They are listed under the graduation year of the Past Student concerned.

We hope that the site will assist Past Students to co-ordinate any events or reunions amongst themselves. BI is a great venue for a party!

The Bible Institute of South Africa was founded in 1923 as an evangelical and interdenominational Bible Training College for men and women.

From a humble beginning with a handful of post World War I students,  BISA's aim was to equip men and women for Missions and for Ministry. Since then, BISA has a faithful and consistent record of theological training and instruction.

Students are drawn from, and go out to minister in many different countries in Africa and the wider world. Ministers, Mission Workers, Lecturers, Laymen and Church Workers can be found in the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, having been trained, using the Bible as their handbook, at BISA.

Christian men and women have been prepared for effective witness in churches and in the secular world.

Our motto is the same today as it was nearly a century ago

"To Know Christ and To Make Him Known"
